📦 Shipping Policy

All Boho Journals are made to order and printed with care through our print partner, Lulu.
This means your journal is created especially for you once your order is placed.

⏱️Production & Shipping Time:
Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.
Most orders arrive within 14–18 business days.

📦 Packaging:
Each journal is shipped directly from the printing facility to your door in eco-friendly packaging.

✈️ Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey home to you.

 

🔁 Refund Policy

Due to the print-on-demand nature of our journals, we can only accept returns for damaged or misprinted items. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it.

After printing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
